Our Data Processing Agreement is a contract rather than a public notice, so we issue it directly to the organisation entering into it. Ask us and we will send it — before you buy, during procurement, or at any point in your subscription.

What the DPA covers

The DPA governs how Serverstock Datacenter Private Limited processes personal data on your behalf under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It sets out:

  • That you are the Data Fiduciary and Serverstock is a Data Processor, acting only on your documented instructions.
  • What we process — operational metadata, console accounts, device records and audit logs — and what we do not.
  • How encryption works, and who holds the encryption password in each mode: we store it under managed encryption, and you hold it alone under zero-knowledge encryption.
  • Where data is held. Our systems are in India; your backups rest wherever you point your storage target.
  • How long we keep operational data, and what happens to it when you leave.
  • Breach notification, sub-processor notice, and your audit rights.

How to obtain it

Email support@satkosh.com and we will send the current version, normally the same working day. Tell us if your procurement team needs it in a particular format, or countersigned.

If your review needs more than the DPA itself — a security questionnaire, or detail on a specific control — say so in the same email. Information of that kind is provided under a mutual non-disclosure agreement, which is standard practice and protects your data as much as ours.

Why it is not published here

A DPA is an agreement between two named parties, and the version that matters is the one attached to your contract. Publishing a page instead invites the two failures we would rather avoid: a customer relying on wording never executed with them, and a public document drifting out of step with the agreement it is meant to mirror. Sending it on request keeps one authoritative copy per customer.
