Email alerts for failed backups, missed backups and machines that have gone quiet, sent to the engineers you nominate, so you hear about a problem from us rather than from your client.

One view across all your clients, reports and a portal under your own brand, and one invoice for all of them. Not built yet. We start on it once our pilot is done, and we do not sell it today.
Priced per machine
You pay for each machine you protect, not per user or per site. Storage is a separate per-GB line only when a client uses Satkosh storage. When they bring their own, capacity never reaches our invoice.
