What an outage here means for your backups

Your backups travel encrypted straight from your machines to the storage you chose, so they do not live on our platform. If the platform has a problem, backups already in storage are not affected; a scheduled run may be delayed. If you use Satkosh storage, you can pick the nearest location (Mumbai, Indore or Bangalore) for faster backups and restores, and your data stays in India.
